Just over two years ago I could barely walk across a room without crutches and weighed nearly 21 stone, on Sunday after losing just over 10 stone I completed Brighton Marathon.

Would I be bu to mention this at every opportunity and wear my t-shirt and medal constantly for the next month????

I think you should wear the full outfit including medal and tshirt at all times and when someone even glances at it, launch into the full story GrinThanksStar

Get a plane to write it in the sky. Go you.

Parkrunner25 · 17/04/2018 17:29

What a great achievement, well done. It's absolutely acceptable to wear the medal forever, and the shirt at least until it starts to smell bad!

Well done! How are the legs doing today?

I did similar - 26st 2lbs to 26.2 miles (London last year)

Only problem was they put the wrong size t-shirt in the finishers bag and it's never fit me so I've never been able to wear it!!!
