Just over two years ago I could barely walk across a room without crutches and weighed nearly 21 stone, on Sunday after losing just over 10 stone I completed Brighton Marathon.

Would I be bu to mention this at every opportunity and wear my t-shirt and medal constantly for the next month????

When i did tough mudder i woddled about (in pain!) With my head band on for 48 hrs.... DP had to part me from it.
