They are delicious and it's a good job they're not available all year round or I'd be even fatter.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 29/03/2018 07:59

I managed to have one that actually had reasonable chocolate. Either that or I was really really chocolate deprived!
It came in a pack of 12 from Sainsburys, if that gives any clue...

Whisperquietly · 29/03/2018 08:02

They used to be so yummy. I had one the other day and it was foul!

Killerqueen2244 · 29/03/2018 08:06

YANBU- they’re horrible and I’m also upset that something’s changed with the mini eggs now. Before the shell used to be crispy, now it’s powdery mush. Cadbury’s is not what it once was 😔

BeyondThePage · 29/03/2018 08:08

Killerqueen2244 - check your use by - date the ones we have had this year have all been crispy...

TaytoAllDay · 29/03/2018 09:33

I love them Blush

FrogPie · 29/03/2018 09:35

I can’t stand them, the syrup inside makes me gag. I also found out a family friend used them in sex which put me off!

CastielIsMyAngel · 29/03/2018 09:39

Creme Eggs...mmm

PodgeBod · 29/03/2018 09:56

I used to love them but they really aren't the same any more. I'm not even fussy but I can taste the difference.
That being said I had a battered one the other day from a seaside chippy! I shared it with my sister. It was foul 😁

LucyAutumn · 29/03/2018 10:27

Agreed. Can't stand them, far too sickly!

Somerford · 29/03/2018 10:28

I also found out a family friend used them in sex which put me off!

I want to know what's going on here, but at the same time I absolutely do not want to know. I have both of those feelings in equal measure. It's like some sort filthy, degenerate paradox.

Lightsong · 29/03/2018 10:30

YABVU

DonkeyOil · 29/03/2018 10:31

I also found out a family friend used them in sex which put me off!

In what possible context could this revelation have been made??!!

DonkeyOil · 29/03/2018 10:34

Also, I've been fighting the petty pedant in me, but the bastard's won - it's Creme Grin

GladAllOver · 29/03/2018 10:43

I also found out a family friend used them in sex which put me off!

This is no good without a diagram!

TaytoAllDay · 29/03/2018 10:58

Yes diagrams please

PinkSquash · 29/03/2018 11:00

I don't want diagrams, I just want proper creme eggs!

missyB1 · 29/03/2018 11:03

It’s the filling that’s changed, I seem to remember it was runny in my childhood, now it’s all thick and gloopy - almost chewy!! Oh and the chocolate isn’t as thick as it used to be Sad

emmyrose2000 · 29/03/2018 13:52

YANBU

I had one (or part of one, as I couldn't get past two bites) about 100 years ago and I'm still recovering from how disgusting it was. Just looking them (now) makes my stomach churn.

dementedpixie · 29/03/2018 13:55

They charged the chocolate too a couple of years ago. It's not dairy milk, it's cheaper crap stuff

dementedpixie · 29/03/2018 13:55

Changed*

causeimunderyourspell · 29/03/2018 13:55

@FrogPie! Do tell! Are we talking insertion? Grin

Tomorrowillbeachicken · 29/03/2018 13:57

Way too sweet for me.

Mustang27 · 29/03/2018 14:27

Always thought they were bogging, waste of chocolate imo.

Undercoverbanana · 29/03/2018 17:27

And why aren’t they spelt “cream”. What the chuff is “creme” all about?
