I can't work out what it is. Is it her teeth or her lips or something else?
Her nose? It's really irritating me cos I can't pin point it and it makes me feel like I'm imagining it! Any thoughts or am I mad?

I think she’s had her nose done. DH is appalled by her lips.

Her teeth are different for sure.

She's aged a bit around the eyes. I'd say she's having botox between her eyebrows and maybe on the forehead, but not for crows feet yet, which is why they are showing when she smiles.

I concur it's something with her mouth. She looks lightly more horsey for the want of a better description.

She just got big veneers hasn't she? She really doesn't look that different, especially when you compare her to many female celebs of a similar age whose lips are slowly inflating whilst their faces become more and more frozen. She looks beautiful, just like she always has been.

She looks like her lips are more plump and her teeth definitely are different. I wasn't expecting that much of a change but it's very noticeable.

She's def had fillers in her lips and cheeks. They're everywhere now, the woman in front of me in Sainsbury's today had them. God knows why women want their lips to look like that.

I've never understood why people think she's gorgeous. If you look at pictures of her before she became famous she's quite rough and hard faced, she only got better looking once she got money. You can't fake 'natural' beauty forever.

Why are people posting pictures from like 13 years ago? Of course she is going to look different, even without surgery!
