I can't work out what it is. Is it her teeth or her lips or something else?
Her nose? It's really irritating me cos I can't pin point it and it makes me feel like I'm imagining it! Any thoughts or am I mad?

Nose job is the most obvious change.

She's had a bit of filler put in her nose or a very subtle rhinoplasty.
New veneers more like her old/natural teeth.
Strategically changed her eyebrows so the change could be put down to that.
I think she's an absolute natural beauty btw. Such a delicate little face.

Agree and I think it's her nose and Botox. Celebrities need to pack it in, especially actors. They can barely act as their faces are so frozen. It's creepy

Meghan Markle's looks are in fashion at the moment, that's all. If you look at ads for beauty products - say in Boots - they have been featuring white girls with long dark hair since Kate M was on the scene. In Diana's day, a lot of them had short blonde hair. Since Meghan and Harry got engaged the long-dark-haired girls have had slightly darker skin, I've noticed. Good to see!
