I can't work out what it is. Is it her teeth or her lips or something else?
Her nose? It's really irritating me cos I can't pin point it and it makes me feel like I'm imagining it! Any thoughts or am I mad?

Lip fillers definitely and probably botox as she looks like she's struggling to move her face in the videos. Hard to see her teeth but I think they've been done too which would be such a shame as she was one of the only celebs that had a beautiful set of veneers before!

I was on a course once which was also attended by a Harley St dermatologist (with special interest in cosmetic surgery). I couldn't ask about who her clients were, but we had fun going through a magazine whilst she pointed out all the cosmetic surgery. She said Cheryl had done a very good job with her face, but that it had all been subtlety altered - this was back in 2012.

She certainly does resemble Meghan Markle. I don't think she looks bad tbh.

To be fair, she's got an 11 month old baby. She probably looked in the mirror one day a while after he arrived and thought 'fuck me I love that kid but wow being a mum has aged me by about one hundred years!' Like i did when my DD was about 6 months old.

She's had something done but I don't know what. She's slimmer too and I think her hair style change makes her face look a different shape.

If in had her cash, I'd be in having all my (many) fat bits sucked out, eye bags sorted and god knows what else! Fair play to her. She still looks nice.

Her lips and nose are different

Kate looks exhausted all the bloody time even in all her expensive gear and make-up. It comes with the territory of being a mother to little humans.

If you look at ads for beauty products - say in Boots - they have been featuring white girls with long dark hair since Kate M was on the scene.

I disagree, there are far more blondes on tv/in adverts than brunettes, that has never changed.

I don’t think she looks too bad but she’s definitely at pillow-face tipping point. Cheryl pet, if you’re reading this, stop now.
