I’m trying to think of any public figure where it would rock me to the core if I found out they were a sleazebag, and actually I can’t. Don’t we assume these days that most celebs are vacant holes filled with avarice, greed and a lack of morals?

If your government can do that, they can do anything. And just because that case was American, doesn’t mean the UK, Finland, Spain etc etc cannot do the same.

Just look at what the current UK government are doing to the education system and healthcare. What makes me crazy, is the idea that people who predict the problems with these are the crazy ones and are ignored, then a year later what they said was going to happen comes to pass.

Diana may have been murdered but not by the royals. Look at Charles when he goes to Paris - he’s devastated. She was losing it a bit anyway, the papers were gunning for her. Her death turned her into a saint. No more likely it was an accident.

And yes @Meandmy4 I would really highly recommend! Kids would love Kensington Gardens, the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain was beautiful and kids can paddle in it. Got to see lots of her dresses and outfits on display too, even saw her black White House Travolta dress!

I honestly just do not think they'd do that to the boys. Everyone knows Diana and Dodi weren't serious, she was getting back at Hasnat and was a silly Summer fling on a boat.

Diana's death was not good for the Royals, it made everyone hate Charles even more than they already did. 20 years on, although feelings have mellowed, those feelings of resentment are still engrained.

Forgive me if this is hijacking a very good thread, but can someone please explain the conspiracy theory that vaccines actually do more harm than good, and if so why on earth all those NHS and NICE professionals would go along with this?

I get that in the US and many other places there is an issue with pharmaceutical companies doing deals with doctors...the same does not apply to the NHS and NICE, and both institutions come under regular fire for not approving medical treatment or drugs. So why would they approve vaccines that cost money yet allegedly actually make children more ill?

As for religion I have always thought it was total crap. No one know what happened when Jesus was there. As no one is alive to tell us. You read the bible but how do you know anything is true? @ImListening completely agree with this. She was still on good terms with The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, sending letters back and forth at the time of her death. Charles looked shell shocked, no way did they have anything to do with it.

For all the 'Diana was murdered' lot - it is possible to wear a seat belt, be pulled alive from a car crash and die from your injuries. It is also possible to be killed by your seat belt. DM was killed by a seat belt that did not release the way it was meant to. She was pulled from the car alive by the Fire Service and paramedics and died a few minutes later. So it is quite possible. And while I would have cheerfully bumped the annoying bint her off so I never had to see her again, I do actually have an alibi - I was in bed, asleep, hundreds of miles away.

Anyone who buys those loony conspiracy theories about Sandy Hook needs to develop their critical thinking skills. Complete nonsense about "crisis actors." And really beneath contempt.

Mass shootings happen in the US, many of them in schools. (Because gun laws in the US are frankly insane. And I say that as a US citizen.) The government certainly doesn't need to manufacture them. And the absurd speculation about why the government would do so belongs to the lunatic fringe.

Some conspiracy theories are harmless. Silly but harmless. But when idiots claim that a tragedy like Sandy Hook never happened, it infuriates me.

I'm not sure what I believe about area 51, but I think the dodgiest US gov. stuff goes on right under people's noses, in the sort of places that are so bland people never think to question them.

I don't doubt that the US and the UK are more than capable of carrying out false flag type events, but I absolutely do not believe Sandy Hook was one of them.

For some dodgy shit much closer to home, look at a lot of what happened in NI over the years. Collusion was rife and led to ongoing slaughter. The media on the mainland was nothing short of propaganda. History, as taught in the UK, has been whitewashed. The complete lack of knowledge about the situation by professional politicians, never mind Joe Public is a result.
