There is a low carb sub forum on here have a look at that.
Basically cut out obvious carbs, bread, rice, pasta, cous cous, potatoes, cereal etc and then things like carby veg, so what grows below ground. Carrots, parsnips etc. Also cut out cows milk. Have full fat cream instead.
Eat egg. Cheese, green veg, peppers etc, eggs, meats,
Typical diet.
Breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon, and mushrooms. Or ham and cheese or whatever.
Lunch, tuna salad, with mayo. Salmon salad, pork slices with lettuce, whatever.
Snack full fat Greek yoghurt.
Dinner, meat of some form, chicken, pork, steak, whatever, with different veggies, or something like cauli rice. You can also make it into a curry or whatever,
Cut booze for two weeks, after four days uou go into keto, which means your body is burning fat instead of carbs, it takes about two weeks then your body is fully adapted, then you can integrate things back in, some berries, red wine etc. You do need to read up on it though. It isn't complex.
