We don't need any knighthoods. Certainly not for cheaty sneaky bumheads.
So he gets a lovely reward for not really doing his job and lying a lot. My lovely retired ex headmistress at my last school (I'm a teacher), who works tirelessly, still, to provide advice and support about benefits, debt control and legal advice and doles out food parcels to people, on top of supporting thousands of children in our rural community for over 40 years, gets a pension and not much else.
Give rewards to real public servants. Nurses, carers, police, fire fighters, ambulance workers, teachers, support workers, people who genuinely save and help others. The old bloke who makes and distributes free preserves and pickles in our village for nothing, and leaves his extra eggs out for people does more than Clegg. The lady who organises our free uniform and clothing and toy swap in school does more than Clegg. The teachers who bring in extra snacks for kids who live in low income households and cant get fsm but are hungry, still, do more than Clegg. The parents who drop extra snacks and sanitary products into our gift box at school (yes, at primary we still need them!) do more than Clegg. You see where I'm going with this. I'm actually too cross to be coherent, sorry.
