Dinosaur · 18/04/2007 21:41

MrsWottinger, what a relief! We really thought someone had done away with you and your family! Yippee

PeachyChocolateEClair · 18/04/2007 21:42

sounds like something we would do

(we are from teh west country.....NB why'd you ask that?) but it would be a carnival rehearsal.

SparklyGothKat · 18/04/2007 21:50

niceglasses · 18/04/2007 22:04

Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Now I feel like a bloop for getting ever so slightly prickly 'bout it.

Did you know Morris comes from Moorish as in North African????

dumbymummy · 18/04/2007 22:20

Yes.

niceglasses · 18/04/2007 22:21

Ah, ok. Well I didn't till the other day.

dumbymummy · 18/04/2007 22:25

Sorry, NG. I sounded patronizing. Didn't mean to, and I extend the hand of friendship to you. I also wear glasses and the Moorish thing is a little know fact.

niceglasses · 18/04/2007 22:28

Don't worry - so easy to pick up wrong vibes in print I think. I don't wear glasses but I do drink lots of wine (from niceglasses). I liked your Bono quip on the other thread. There is a clip of him on YouTube singing 'Love will tear us apart' with Arcade Fire and he is such an ARSE. He takes himself so seriously.........anyway, hello!!

dumbymummy · 18/04/2007 22:39

Hi, Niceglasses. Me and you would get along. We're hijacking a thread, but I live in Bristol and if you're anywhere close???

Anyway, glad you liked my Bono thread. He could feed the world with his earnings. Why doesn't he?

AitchTwoOh · 18/04/2007 22:58

hey frank, if i told you that i had four eps of ITNG on dvd and could copy it for you (assuming it isn't wrote-protected, i haven't checked) - would you want it? or would that cut into ds's bark chewing time?

FrannyandZooey · 18/04/2007 22:59

As if I would let him watch it

I want it for MEEEEEEE

(Yes please my dear. You must tell me soon when I can do you a favour)

Dinosaur · 18/04/2007 23:00

DS3 hid behind me tonight when it started - something about it must have scared him .

harpsichordcarrier · 18/04/2007 23:02

OI! what's wrong with Morris Dancers???
I have been out with some lovely morris men in my time

ViscountessPetitLapin · 18/04/2007 23:02

AitchTwoOh · 18/04/2007 23:03
