My in my scan picture my baby looked like lasagna.

All babies look pretty funny in scans, even when they're born most of them look a bit odd, it's just the way the world works. Your friend probably didn't mean to offend you.

If it was a scan, she's probably just forgotten that you're meant to lie and say how cute it is. If it's an actual baby, then it's a bit rude.
