To be fair to the OP, it's not the most, what's the word, clear picture. To the 'untrained' or 'not used to scan pictures' person it just looks strange, I think I see feet but cannae be sure.

My DD's scan picture was so weird to look at (this was before the days of those scary new ones they do nowadays privately.

I don’t think it is a tooth, that was just the closest thing Google predicted. There were no matches on the reverse image search that a PP posted.

I told my friend that hers looked like a doughnut (which she did!). Friend was highly amused, especially as cake of all descriptions was her staple diet for most of her pregnancy. She posted the pic on Facebook, saying she was mistaken about having a bun in the oven, it was actually a doughnut.

OP what exactly are we looking at in the picture? Is there a head? Is it very early gestation?
I can sort of see how it could be a first trimester fetus but I didn’t think you could get 3D scans then?
