Weeellllll, it may be a stretch, be we do know that subpoenas were issued by the Grand supposedly on the Trump Tower meeting per Reuters article 6 Aug. We also know that Trump was in the building at the time of the meeting and that he instructed his son to lie about the reason for the meeting. And subpoenas aren't always served on the subjects immediately, sooooooo......
