All the innocent white nationalists peacefully protesting their statue being taken down. They brought their guns and their nazi symbols to a peaceful protest. The nasty lefties came in and scared the poor defenceless gun toting white nationalists. Jesus. He's completely slamming the left and exonerating the white nationalists

Someone slightly less hysterical than me right now needs to analyse a transcript of that press conference and analyse how much blame he puts on the left vs the right given that he was saying the violence was on both sides

I heard lots of criticism of the left (violent, no permit, aggressive, baseball bats) and none of the right (just that they're not all nazis, no mention of the guns, no mention of racist/nazi/supremacist symbols and chants, describing the protest the night before as "peaceful" when it involved white supremacist chants and symbolisms..)
