Hi all welcome to the most intriguing article you may ever read and yes everything that is written is the complete truth as I have the evidence captured on my iPad, so here goes we have moved in to a property and have had to listen to x y shouting and smacking kids, my ds has even witnessed it, we then find out that we have been reported to children's services which was obviously malicious, so on phone I explained everything up to that point that was happening, and I then followed that up with a call to the nspcc, which then i don't know what happened following that yes you guessed it police knocking on our door insisting our children were in danger which they weren't. We obviously know that at this point it's our neighbour reporting us, to which I then just carry on I am recording everything that we hear inside our own lounge, the more I record the more I notice the threats towards the kids example, if you don't stop crying I will give you something to cry for😱 Furthermore we have reported it to the police who have been no help whatsoever the council and our local children's services who say get ready they have to witness it 😱 So you ask what about polic why haven't they helped well it seems that idiot neighbour is mirroring everything I say and when I went to the police station I end up with a community protection notice warning which I obviously got overturned, we are stuck the more evidence I get the more no one wants to know, would I be within my rights to out these recordings of mine as they are under no court restrictions at present you know evoke article 10 of my human rights freedom of speech? We really don't know what to do because everything they do at present is surrounded by music and making our life hell we phone local authorities who won't come out and witness it moreover we had local authority recording equipment which captured everything from noise to the abuse and no one is taking any action, if anyone can offer any guidance it really would be appreciated, we also have triggered a case review but am unsure how this is going to help. We have tried everything but it seems to be having a detrimental effect on my household 3 of my children have disabilities who need constant care and attention but all we are doing is banging our heads against the wall by trying to rectify problems that shouldn't be down to us should it? #savethekids#sickofnoise#crappyneighbours. What was the exact response of Environmental Health when they got the recordings back?

The exact words were its a statutory noise nuisance and there is significant concerns for the kids but due to us not warning them we can't use them as evidence, means they didn't send them a warning letter that noise equipment could be installed

You've complained about your neighbours so they made false allegations about you to social services and the police??

How do you know social services arent alteady involved? You wouldnt get informed as far as i know

But going by that logic (not saying you are lying btw) then if you film a rape and dont tell the rapist its inadmissable?? That cant be surely??

I would make a note of all correspondence up to this point and try to get in touch with your local bobby. Sounds like these people could be quite nasty so tread carefully.

Have you thought about moving out?

They are all clear enough to hear and I have personally played a couple to children's services even police have heard one of them and even said that's neighbours voice on recording

So, you don't get on with your neighbours? They are noise and have maliciously reported you to the police?

And/or you are concerned that they are abusive to their children?

I am confused Confused but I would struggle to live with such hostility, so I'd probably consider moving tbh.

Here goes -

We live next door to neighbours from hell, we have suffered greatly due to their actions.

We have lived here for over a year and had to listen to constant shouting, arguing, banging, abuse, music etc.

We have reported to the council, and have followed the steps with them regarding anti social behaviour. Firstly reporting all incidents to them and keeping diary sheets as requested. Then noise equipment was installed, which captured everything we had been saying.

As they overlooked sending the warning letter out to the neighbours prior to the noise equipment being installed, it cannot be used for evidence purposes (even though there are many hours of recordings)

Police have also been informed on numerous occasions in the last 7 months of everything that has been occurring, as the neighbours are mirroring what we are reporting it seems to be me that gets treated like a criminal. Even though hand on heart, we have never done anything in return.

We have also had to endure bouts of verbal abuse, even when the children are present.

Children's services are also involved, they don't want to know, they say they can only do something if they witness it with their own 2 eyes. This is even after hearing the recordings of which other council workers had heard and have serious concerns for the children's safety and well being. They also reported to children's services and had the same response. They are already under children's services and have been for years.

Yes, there are allegations falsely against me and my family, to try and deflect their behaviour.

So in all no one seems to want to help.
