Talking of grand juries, the Brit malware researcher who stopped the WannaCry attack on the NHS has now been arrested in the US and accused of being behind a different piece of malware.

The FBI waited until he had attended the Def Con hacking conference (the one which investigated US voting machines), then arrested him at the airport on his way home.
