Why do people keep putting bloody kisses in their posts?

There seems to be a spate of it at the moment. Kisses at the end of posts, kisses littered throughout posts, using u and ur instead of you and your/you're.

It's so irritating! Kisses should be save for people you know and care about.

I don't care. It's people you only know e.g. through your kids putting them at the end of text messages. I'm kissing people back I barely know because not following suit seems churlish. I don't kiss dp as often as I kiss some mothers during a prolonged text exchange.

I've found myself doing this, out of habit through texting, and always think I'm such a when I realise I've done it

Sometimes it's just automatic I've done it when I've been texting and MNetting.

Sometimes you just have to see past it as the thread is really not appropriate for pointing it out.

Honestly it doesn't bother me I can't get worked up about it

I'm not afraid to admit it does annoy me and I do get irritated by it.

It's like a bunch of teenagers invaded the site.

I've just spotted a poster doing the whole "X" thing after every bloody sentence.

Why?

I think there has been a recent upsurge in the bloody kisses.

I am not a fan either.

Has there been a nethuns invasion?

And I don't litter my text messages with "Xs" - I only add X to immediate family or very close friends.

I don't love anyone else.

I did it the other day by accident because I forgot I wasn't texting!

I think I prefer xx to mwah. I've noticed that's back too.
