To be proud of myself?

I just walked (15min each way) to my local Sainsburys on my own. I've never been able to do it before (I have autism) and although I hated it and it took every ounce of courage to do it, i got some cat food for Toby the cat, and a delicious chocolate sundae as a treat

After a traumatic event, I suffered with agoraphobia. I felt like I deserved a prize the first time I took the wheelie bin out, so what you have achieved today is a massive step forward.

Quite right too OP, I have anxiety and panic attacks and when I got on a bus for the first time in 5 years my mum reacted like I'd climbed Everest! You are quite right to be so proud of yourself
