To be proud of myself?

I just walked (15min each way) to my local Sainsburys on my own. I've never been able to do it before (I have autism) and although I hated it and it took every ounce of courage to do it, i got some cat food for Toby the cat, and a delicious chocolate sundae as a treat Smile

Well done OP! You should be very proud. I have anxiety and know how things that seem simple to others can seem insurmountable to me, so I understand how important these triumphs can be.

Thank you everyone Grin I've been wanting to do this for a while, so I just decided to do it this morning.

I ran out of cat food and Toby is very happy with his Sheba fine flakes Smile The chocolate sundae was amazing (it looks very posh, it's from the taste the difference range). yum yum.
