To be proud of myself?

I just walked (15min each way) to my local Sainsburys on my own. I've never been able to do it before (I have autism) and although I hated it and it took every ounce of courage to do it, i got some cat food for Toby the cat, and a delicious chocolate sundae as a treat

Yay! That is a proper achievement. Be proud, be very proud! There is nothing quite like doing that thing that it takes all your courage to do, it means bigger horizons, more possibilities.
