I'm pretty sure she isn't a MN'er

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 26/05/2017 19:35

We'll see if it happens.....but yes, well done Ariadne!

2014newme · 26/05/2017 19:36

Ariadne 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

sexcauldron · 26/05/2017 19:39

I think I read she had also offered to pay for the funerals tooSad

PutThatPomBearBack · 26/05/2017 19:51

Is that you John Travolta?

noenemee · 26/05/2017 19:52

I'm not sure if the funeral offer was more fan fervour than official? but nevertheless she's a young woman who must be rocked to her very core and that shouldn't be discounted. It's also true to say that there are often public gestures and private ones too. Not everyone needs to publicise everything they do.

I think the statement she's had put out now, once she's had time to gather her thoughts, is very well judged and well conveyed.

Sparklingbrook · 26/05/2017 19:58

Is 'Ariadne' a Mumsnetter? Shock

Dianneabbottsmathsteacher · 26/05/2017 20:01

Nope it's just me a mumsnetter since my dd was caught up in a terrible incident and had total support from mumsnetters as we as parents came to terms with her injuries and our family neede support.

Obviously we meet some cunts and idiots on mumsnet snd done who post too soon and that's understandable as In real life.

Hopefully she will raise lots of money as we know canderlit vigils don't pay the mortgage

Highalert · 26/05/2017 20:04

Why are you taking the piss out of someones mistake?

Slow fucking handclap for the twats on MN.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 26/05/2017 20:05

Really OP? Your dd was caught up in it?

JacquesHammer · 26/05/2017 20:07

Fuck me there's some unpleasant posters at the moment.

Is it absolutely necessary to pull people up on every error however "right on" you are for grammar/spelling/punctuation. It's tiresome.

SoxonFeet · 26/05/2017 20:09

It's amazingly kind of her to do a benefit gig in the Manchester Arena for the families, especially given that she must be in quite a state too.

And Fuck You Piers Wanker Morgan

lougle · 26/05/2017 20:09

I sorry your DD was injured. I hope she recovers quickly. Flowers

histinyhandsarefrozen · 26/05/2017 20:09

Not this incident, a different incident.

It's a good plan, isn't it op. (I actually hadn't heard of this singer until Monday!)

PatMullins · 26/05/2017 20:09

It was a joke. I spelt my twatty reply wrong Smile

Completeguess · 26/05/2017 20:12

I assume it was a different incident.

2014newme · 26/05/2017 20:13

I Don't think the op's dd was injured at the Manchester concert.
Sorry to hear your dd is having mortgage problems too can she claim criminal injuries compensation or take a mortgage break? 💐

Mumzypopz · 26/05/2017 20:16

I think the mortgage she is referring to is Ariana Grande? Could be wrong though. There were thousands of kids at that concert who will be affected by it forever.
