Interesting choice given that Mueller, as FBI director, was Comey's ally in pushing back against Bush White House on warrantless wiretapping

As I think I've said before, Gump, no-one has ever questioned Comey's honesty, if I recall. His judgement, perhaps, but not his honesty.

Apparently the WH was only given 30 minutes notice prior to the announcement of Mueller being appointed special counsel. They must be panicking like mad. God, I hope so.
