Some legal pundits were opining today that the ruling will be issued within minutes of the end of arguments.

It certainly sounds as if the judges have a specific direction to their questions.

Apologies if this has already been posted: Trump repeats a (untrue) claim about the US murder rate when meeting with the US sheriffs. He repeatedly made the same claim on the election trail apparently. According the FBI figures, it is the exact opposite: the murder rate is the lowest it has ever been, not the highest.

God, I hope the judges agree with WA and MN. I don't like the way the DOJ asserts that the president is unreviewable (ie unlimited powers).
