I can't decide if he speaks that way because it's the level HE is at or if it's because it's the level he thinks everyone else is at (as in he thinks he is smarter). Perhaps it's a combination of both.

I suspect if the 9th circuit court refuses to hear his appeal, he will edge towards meltdown, as then it goes to supreme court, and he doesn't have his pick in yet
