Ok, so, I'm doing a meal replacement diet and usually eat small meals as part of that, but after the christmas excess am doing 6 wks of just products. That's another thread though.
Breakfast:
Both kids had Waitrose buttermilk pancakes with choc spread (weekend treat!) and organic milk. DH had leftover cottage pie (don't ask!)
Snacks: DS had fruit 'paws' and DD had a couple of Nairns fruity oat biscuits.
Lunch: kids and DH had roast chicken, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, mini sausages, carrots, green beans, broccoli and gravy. DS had fresh mango and grapes for pudding, DD had none. Water to drink.
Snacks: no idea what DS had as he was with DH. DD had a small pack of hula hoops and a fruit 'yo yo' before gymnastics, and a couple of Nairns fruit oat biscuits and a cheese and bacon pretzel from KNOT (£3.50!!) after gym.
Dinner: DH and DS had wraps with leftover chicken, cucumber and cheese. No pudding. DD had ham and cucumber wrap, then fresh mango and grapes followed by a treat from her box. (Both kids have a treat box which has choc/sweets from christmas/easter/Halloween depending on time of year and also from party bags- I don't buy anything for this box so if it's empty for a while so be it!
They only drink water in between meals ocassionally DD has milk which is only organic.
