Me too! Sorry can't help! I'm sat in a car park bored out of my little mind waiting for him to come out of football...

ilovesooty · 15/11/2016 16:43

I think if you feel like that, look at yourself first.

FluffyEwok · 15/11/2016 16:48

I feel the same, even though I should've rally excited- I handed in my notice and finish next week, about to start up a new business, living with a man I adore, I am still bored. Or possibly depressed.

Avpixie27 · 15/11/2016 16:57

A friend told me to go and join hobby groups or take up a new hobbie but i find it hard with a little one to give my full attention and then i just get bored of it so it was a waste of time

littlejeopardy · 15/11/2016 16:58

I would never admit this in real life but one of the reasons we started trying for children when we did was because I was soo bored at work and wanted to do something different.

We had better reasons too but boredom was a factor.

Mrscog · 15/11/2016 16:58

I could never be bored but I have tons of hobbies - about 5 lifes worth - in fact I often get depressed at how little I'll get done even if I live a long healthy life!

Playing the piano, playing sports, getting as fit as possible, moons to sign up to, books to be read, drawings to be done, the whole world to explore, friends to see! Just not enough time!

ssd · 15/11/2016 17:01

moons to sign up to??

Purplepicnic · 15/11/2016 17:01

I get bored at the sameness of everything and it makes me wonder if people who don't have to have a mundane routine (millionaires, basically) ever get bored.

littlejeopardy · 15/11/2016 17:02

I would never be bored if I could sign up to moons!

Purplepicnic · 15/11/2016 17:03

Can I sign up to a moon?

m0therofdragons · 15/11/2016 17:04

I have to do random things like booking trips/holidays to break up the day to day life. A bit of "planned spontaneity" (I have a job and 3 dc so can't be totally spontaneous).

FluffyEwok · 15/11/2016 17:04

Moons is for meWink

OP posts:
ssd · 15/11/2016 17:05

I'm just not getting the moon thing at all....

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 15/11/2016 17:08

Meh. Seen one moon, seen them all.

ssd · 15/11/2016 17:16

I'm bored of moons Grin

mum2Bomg · 15/11/2016 17:17

Enjoy it! It probably means you have no issues/drama that need sorting. Some people would give a lot to feel 'bored'.

FluffyEwok · 15/11/2016 17:19

Prob mum as i dont do drama x

mum2Bomg · 15/11/2016 17:19

Yes, millionaires get bored. I dated one for a while and he had nothing pressing to discuss, no outside influences impacting his life, nothing to 'work out'. Just deciding where to have lunch was his mission every day. Dull.

mum2Bomg · 15/11/2016 17:21

Then doesn't that equate to calm? I think that's lovely. I appreciate calm now after a major life up heaving event Smile Boredom is luxury.
