Online grocery shopping substitutions

So I've just had my weekly shop delivered. I don't usually order online, but I'm working long shifts this week so did it for ease and there were a couple of substitutions.
A lasagne ready meal was substituted for Shepherds pie (I can just about live with that), but my women's disposable razors were replaced with MENS SHAVING FOAM
It's made me wonder; what's the most outrageous substitution you've received from your Russian roulette of groceries??

Two family Apple crumbles for Easter lunch for 8, substituted for 2 individual trifles..

Ordered-cod fillets. Substitute - 40 fish fingers. Wouldn't mind, but there was already 40 fish fingers in the delivery. Who on earth wants 80 fish fingers in one go!?

Depends, did you have custard, too?

I ordered vegetarian sausage rolls from asda. They sent pork ones :(((

I am an online shopper for Sainsbury's and unfortunately we have to send out a sub unless it's a Do Not Sub
That said some people have no idea what to sub things for I like to think we're a little better than Tesco who BTW sent out 2 egg salads at Easter instead of 2 Easter eggs 😀

Garlic instead of aubergine. The delivery driver said the weirdest one he'd encountered was a single mint aero bar instead of Listerine.

Caramel that happens to my DH's grandma quite a lot! She has a lot of allergies, and is super sensitive to most types of meat so just doesn't bother eating it anymore....her cheese and onion pasties often get subbed with chicken tikka ones, which is a PITA for her, but great for me because I love them and they are always going spare at her house

An aubergine instead of pancakes. funny enough the day after a friend posted on Fb the same substition had made made for her

I ordered a shower gel and it came up as unavailable and I didn't get any substitution... surely they must have had some sort of shower gel or soap in stock?!

The prosecco I ordered for my birthday party was substituted with low alcohol fizzy wine. I was not impressed!

Ordered flowers and got spring onions!

Does your supermarket send you an email after your order has been checked out, telling you what you're actually getting, so you know in advance what subs have been made?

Once ordered dry nites for 8-15 boys (I have a disabled son). Got dry nites 3-5 girls. Even the driver shoke her head: "you're not going to like this"

OK this wasn't me - but I overheard it - someone ordered a kettle and was substituted a toaster.

Last Xmas our ocado xmas shop we ordered six bottles of the same white, Two bottles of the same red, One vodka, one whiskey.......

We got 6 vodkas, one white, two whiskeys one red!

Just to point out I did tell.the driver and he told me to probably just keep it so I did!
