Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on toast. Cook the eggs slowly on a low heat for the best flavour.
Stir fry with onion, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms, tofu and/or roast chicken, straight-to-wok noodles, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
'Mediterrainian Pasta Salad' - Cook pasta, chop feta, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers. Drain pasta and add chopped stuff in with a little olive oil and basil (fresh or dried). Hold lid on pan and shake to mix.
'Spicy butterbeans' - Gently brown chopped onion in veg oil. Add curry powder, garam masala, lots of tomato puree and a few chopped tomatoes (you can use tinned tomatoes, but drain the liquid off first). Add butter beans and heat through. Serve on toast.
