Beach-ready 'down there'

mumoseven · 01/06/2016 12:38

Did I really just see an advert for some razor, where a woman was coyly telling a story about getting naked at a BBQ and was worried about being BEACH READY DOWN THERE?
WTF?

Loving the name change ONatural!

TwentyCupsOfTea · 02/06/2016 12:34

I saw this advert at a friends house on the weekend and couldn't believe it! Pile of shit, so much wrong with it I can't begin to start. I prefer to be hair free - it's not about that it's about the idea that without hair I shouldn't be able to dare show myself?! grr
Reminded me of one of the reasons I don't have a tv... To save seeing this shit.

BadDoGooder · 02/06/2016 12:40

Bushy McBushFace Grin

OK, we are on.......

I propose a time of attack at GMT 1900, does that give people enough time to get home, sort accounts/take photos etc??

I was literally just thinking anonymous close ups of the area(s) in question, no full body/face in it?

Not for reasons of shame obvs, more not being banned from twitter when they get bombarded with shots of vulvas! Grin

BadDoGooder · 02/06/2016 12:42

And a thought has just occurred to me.
If you are hair free by choice but still hate this advert, you could, ahem, cheat and take a close up of a partners/friends pits!!
No one needs to know! Grin

OnALonelyShore · 02/06/2016 12:46

Blimey. I'm astonished! I usually lurk here and post infrequently (have done for years and namechange a lot) and usually kill every thread I post on Grin

So joyous to find kindred furry spirits - Flowers for all!

frick · 02/06/2016 12:47

Cannot profess to be witty....i do like just like #beachready though..in a fuck you kind of way.

Can you link to the twitter thing? I am shite at twitter.

And well done, and thanks for sorting that out.

frick · 02/06/2016 13:00

Am totally up for a twitter barrage later.....will need to be a bit later for me as will not sort kids/work, etc till later this eve..

georgiatraher · 02/06/2016 13:04

I think its all a joke. Most women I see in changing rooms have some kind of well groomed lady garden. But nothing like what they would have us believe in the media is the "style".

We're all doing our own thing.

BadDoGooder · 02/06/2016 13:24

I will start a thread later in chat I think with links/ideas hastags etc
And we can agree a time on there.

This has really annoyed me, and I'm looking forward to co opting their stupid message to push the furry fanny agenda! Grin

Must go feed WeeDoGooder, but I shall come back later with links!

Power to the hairy!

I've voted many times, trying to get the percentage up.

dudsville · 02/06/2016 14:08

This thread was the most gripping thing ever, what a joy to see the numbers rising!

BartholinsSister · 02/06/2016 14:08

Maybe we could have a month dedicated to raising awareness of the O Natural fanjo ... Fanuary perhaps?

dudsville · 02/06/2016 14:15

I Jay voted repeatedly for a few minutes and it was stuck at 74. I have to get back to work now!

I will watch the Twitter gallery but I won't be participating. My forest bush is a bit too wayward and I don't really fancy having it online
