Depends what they are doing!

honeysucklejasmine · 28/06/2015 16:58

What's wrong with them? Confused

MamaLazarou · 28/06/2015 16:58

What are they doing to break the 'quiet coach' rules?

Balacqua · 28/06/2015 16:58

They are pretty loud

OP posts:
sadwidow28 · 28/06/2015 16:59

What's the problem? Bad language? Noisy?

Give us a clue.

Balacqua · 28/06/2015 16:59

And getting louder

OP posts:
Iggly · 28/06/2015 16:59

Ha. Do you have toddlers?

honeysucklejasmine · 28/06/2015 16:59

Oh! You mean quiet coach on a train! Perhaps they have booked seats and this is where they ended up?

Balacqua · 28/06/2015 16:59

They are toddlers doing what toddlers do!

OP posts:
MamaLazarou · 28/06/2015 17:00

'Quiet coach' does not mean 'No talking'.

Balacqua · 28/06/2015 17:00

Yes I do, and I wouldn't sit in the quiet coach, personally

OP posts:
sadwidow28 · 28/06/2015 17:01

How is that affecting your two toddlers? If you were expecting toddlers to sleep - well that isn't a right. Other people have paid for their seats also.

SameThing · 28/06/2015 17:01

Yeah, you can ask online for seats in the quiet coach, but not for seats not in the quiet coach. Really annoying.

haveabreakhaveakitkat · 28/06/2015 17:01

Just point out the sign to them. They may be too distracted by the toddlers to have noticed it. If there aren't any seats in the other coaches they can't help being there.

Balacqua · 28/06/2015 17:01

But if the consensus is that noisy toddlers is OK, I will chill out

OP posts:
NinkyNonkers · 28/06/2015 17:01

Is it a busy train?

AuntyMag10 · 28/06/2015 17:02

Just remind them that they're in the quiet coach.

Balacqua · 28/06/2015 17:02

Plenty of other seats!

OP posts:
pinkyredrose · 28/06/2015 17:03

Tell them!

Stellaaaaa · 28/06/2015 17:03

"Plenty of other seats!"

Then go sit in those Biscuit

haveabreakhaveakitkat · 28/06/2015 17:03

No, it's not ok for them to be noisy in the quiet coach if there are seats elsewhere.

Justmuddlingalong · 28/06/2015 17:03

Why don't you move then?

MaximumVolume · 28/06/2015 17:05

I accidentally ended up in the quiet coach with toddler & baby the other week. There was no way I was going to risk leaving my seat and not getting another seat (it was very busy at the station where I got on), not to mention moving the folded pram! I did my best to keep the toddler quiet & entertained & bf the baby the whole time to keep him happy!

DorisLessingsCat · 28/06/2015 17:05

I would tell them if they are being really noisy. As in more than quiet conversation. And in future always travel with noise cancelling headphones. They are a godsend.

haveabreakhaveakitkat · 28/06/2015 17:05

Is there another quiet coach, op?
