To send glitterbombs to my two ex-friends?

Some of you may remember I posted a thread a few weeks ago about a friend (now ex-friend) who kept harassing me with pics of their child. After much careful consideration I have now sent that person a glitterbomb in the post for a bargain price of £6. While I was at it i decided to send another one to another ex-friend as I managed to remember their address.

Unreasonable or hard-free funny revenge? Has anyone actually done this before?

I find it sad, really.

Eggybread00 · 13/03/2015 01:38

I don't care what anyone else tells you. This is sweet, brilliant revenge.

I am proud of you. Herpes of the craft world, take that bitches!

Ps- I'm currently drunk.

KingJoffreyFanciesDarylDixon · 13/03/2015 01:41

I sent a card with a quote about karma and some bat confetti in it to a woman from my work (after I'd left).

Hope she's still picking that out of her carpet...

Eggybread00 · 13/03/2015 01:46

It's less offensive than poo!

But still gets the message across that they're a cunt.

I'm quite a fan. I have nice friends, but the second they step out of line I will glitter their sorry arses.

...Or tell the local herbalife rep that they are shy and want a lifestyle change.

ShadowsCollideCantLogInToMN · 13/03/2015 02:07

You actually carefully considered sending glitter in the post to your friend, purely to be obnoxious? And paid to do so? Would having an actual conversation with your 'friend' not be easier? Are there any adults left on here?

ladybird69 · 13/03/2015 02:08

Didn't someone sent an ex a laminated stool (of the toilet variety)once?

ladybird69 · 13/03/2015 02:08

Oh and whats a glitterbomb?

KingJoffreyFanciesDarylDixon · 13/03/2015 02:16

How does one laminate stool?

CaoNiMa · 13/03/2015 02:25

Pathetic.

ladybird69 · 13/03/2015 02:42

King I don't know and don't wanna know. It's just something I heard on another thread and others were saying you can laminate anything!

I saw a 'sculpture' at the Tate Modern which looked like giant laminated poos on a tree.

I was with DS who was about 8 or 9 who simply said, "Ah, poos on sticks."

Quite.

Culturally enriching my child backfiring dramatically there...

TheDietStartsTomorrow · 13/03/2015 03:00

It is quite a childish thing to do. Do you hate her?

CuttedUpPear · 13/03/2015 05:01

I have a lovely friend who has always enclosed glitter in her letters and cards.

It doesn't seem like an unpleasant thing to me at all.

BathshebaDarkstone · 13/03/2015 05:05

I'm another one who wants to know what a glitterbomb is. So does my phone's dictionary! Grin

ScrambledEggAndToast · 13/03/2015 05:11

That's pretty funny. Plus if you ever decide you want to be friends you can just say "but I thought you loved glitter" Grin

sleeponeday · 13/03/2015 05:43

Ship Your Enemies Glitter.

Wish I'd thought of it. The bloke who did sold the site a month after startup for around 80k.

Doggygirl · 13/03/2015 05:44

Why was she harassing you with pics of her kid?

kali110 · 13/03/2015 06:03

You actually paid for this??

LovelyMarchHare · 13/03/2015 06:08

I wouldn't do it myself but I applaud the general sweariness of that website.

Yabu....

So your friend 'harassed' you with pictures ....presumably on a sm site. Why not just de friend?

I'm a prankster but I don't find this very funny.

IreneA78 · 13/03/2015 07:07

she is proud of her little one that's all- she is not being nasty. you are . I am wondering whether glitter bombs are even legal or are classed as a malicious communication

ShadowStone · 13/03/2015 07:07

Petty and childish behaviour if you ask me.

How was she harrassing you with pictures of her child anyway? Didn't see the other thread.

ChoochiWhoo · 13/03/2015 07:08

Ive obviously missed something here

Only1scoop · 13/03/2015 07:10

The fact that you sent one not just her.... but to another 'ex friend' speaks volumes to me.
