OK new thread will post on this after 5pm when bollards are up

They were all being cheeky using it over the last two weeks as the rent was reduced!

I like that the LA told her to get bent. And I think requesting that she can get to her car by 5.30 is fair enough as is the reduction in her rent.
She has nothing to complain about. If she bitches then just say the word and half of mumsnet will decend on her.

Entitled wankers, the lot of them. So even when the landlord fixes it by reducing their rent, they still think they could harass and scream abuse at you.

Brilliant update! Roll on 5.30pm when her car will be off your land and you can all relax and start planning your lovely garden!

Cheeky cow ! Did you tell them about shouty man too . Abusing the neighbours is probably also a breech of the tenancy agreement.

We were told be the parking police that blocking so you can't get out is not an offence, but that blocking so you can't get in (to your own property) is an offence. So BL loses in every way she possibly can.

Anyone else thinking that both LL and LA will not be renewing her lease at the end of term, as she has proved to be a difficult tenant.

OP, I would get the fence/gates up asap. They sound like a group of nasty people who will have a plot to do nasty things now. They had the rent reduced, yet they continued to park for the two week, then some parked past the deadline, and two have shouted at you.

Report the over stayers and shouters to the LA.

I think you need to email LA/LL and say that the barriers will be locked at 7pm and will be getting her car removed tomorrow at her cost if she hasn't removed it by then.

I think because she is a self entilted cow you don't want to leave bollards down all night, but I think she will wait unitl you do them bang on your door at 10/11pm to let her out.

You need to be very clear that you are in charge of this not her.
