I wonder if bin lady has spontaneously combusted taking the flats with her. mrsdc could end up with a huge garden Grin.

In all seriousness I can't get over how stubborn and brazen the tenants are being.

WeAreDetective · 16/02/2014 10:01

Looking forward to the update!

Pollydon · 16/02/2014 10:01

schlurplethepurple · 16/02/2014 10:10

What exactly was Mr HisandHers Parking Spaces shouting about last night? Considering he got a letter informing them he's got a cheek!!!! :)

PorkPieandPickle · 16/02/2014 10:13

VegetariansTasteLikeChicken · 16/02/2014 10:38

Wait, so are the penguin bollards not happening now?

:(

RandomMess · 16/02/2014 10:42

Are you not installing any Penguin bollards at all, not even one Sad

Mrsdavidcaruso · 16/02/2014 10:49

Hi need to explain about the penguin bollards I am getting some but not for the parking they are going into my garden instead of garden ornaments. The ones for the parking are ones that can be lowered and raised by remote control.

Anyway is 10.47 and we are getting ready to go to the garden centre and then out for sunday lunch - 2 cars are still there inc the red one.

So we shall wait and see what happens nothing can be moved whilst we are out.

TidyDancer · 16/02/2014 10:52

I really would consider getting cameras installed. I wouldn't put it past bin lady to try vandalising the bollards at some point.

RandomMess · 16/02/2014 10:55

Yeah - can we have photos of the Penguins at a later date Grin?

Enjoy your peaceful day. Mad bin lady knows for sure that her car is blocked in and is still refusing to speak to you - her loss!

iheartdusty · 16/02/2014 10:55

have a lovely relaxing day out. Don't hurry back Wink

hamptoncourt · 16/02/2014 10:58

Can bin woman see you from her flat? Could you very noisily pack several (empty) suitcases into the car, singing "We're all going on a summer holiday" at the tops of your voices?

isisisis · 16/02/2014 10:58

Hope it's a very loooooooong leisurely lunch MrsDC

mateysmum · 16/02/2014 11:01

I just think it is very inconsiderate of Bin Lady to have a Sunday morning lie in when we are all here waiting for an update so now Mrs Caruso is off out and we will have to wait ages for an update taps fingers impatiently on desk.

Fouette · 16/02/2014 11:02

VegetariansTasteLikeChicken · 16/02/2014 11:04

Expensive garden ornaments! Shock

Morgause · 16/02/2014 11:05

Can't you just park round the corner and watch, OP? Please don't linger over lunch.

Ememem84 · 16/02/2014 11:07

Oooh make sure you have one if those "we were there all afternoon the staff turned the lights off and asked us to leave" Sunday lunches.

MerryWinterfel · 16/02/2014 11:08

:)

Damnautocorrect · 16/02/2014 11:12

Bloody hell on what planet does shouty man think he has a right to be shouty when all the communication states that sadly they are in the wrong and it's mr landlord who needs to be shouted at

Marrow · 16/02/2014 11:13

I'm wondering if Bin Lady has maybe gone away for the weekend. Enjoy your (long) lunch OP.

Oldraver · 16/02/2014 11:16

I would be tempted to take a photo of the cars in situ just in case someone mad bin lady takes it upon themselves to try and get out while your not there
