MrsCaruso
Am loving this thread and your revenge / come uppance is just classic
cannot wait to see how bin lady copes in the morning

BUT
I've worked out exactly where you live as probably have others
if you are happy with that, more power to you
but the threads might need to be deleted after a final flourish of pictures and penguin bollards

xx TiP

ThedementedPenguin · 15/02/2014 22:12

I've been reading your threads today Op.

I must say you and DH have handled it very very well. Hope you get the rest sorted out without too much bother.

Mrsdavidcaruso · 15/02/2014 22:15

sillylittle - most of Cowes is under water at the moment - but it is one of my favourite places

I think you should log the incident with the police it is not the first time he has behaved like this, and I am guessing there will be some criminal damage by the end of this.

Did you record it as someone up thread has recommended earlier?

Good point Talkin, however I don't think that OP has given enough information for people to find her exact house. I would love if we did so I could have a look on Street View and get the exact idea of the layout.

TalkinPeace · 15/02/2014 22:27

pipbin
I'm a nosey moo auditor
I've narrowed it down to three streets
my motives are saddo
others might be nastier

Pipbin · 15/02/2014 22:28

I agree, and we now know a couple of bits of personal information which could out OP.

Mrsdavidcaruso · 15/02/2014 22:29

"Actually OP hasn't taken anything off anyone."
Incorrect. OP has, perfectly legitimately, bought land which the tenants are paying to have the use of. Ergo, the tenants have lost something. Quite rightly, they are annoyed.

LL has sold his tenants something that wasn't even his to begin with.
Correct. All I am saying is that the OP should do everything possible to re-engage the LL. Is it just me thinking that the tenants are going to focus their anger on someone, and that needs to be the landlord? Seems to me that he's having a stress free time at the moment, whilst the OP is not.

Fairenuff · 15/02/2014 22:47

She has done everything possible to re-engage the LL. Did you not read the thread?

mistlethrush · 15/02/2014 22:50

MrsD (I'm just back from a concert so missed all the excitement earlier on, sorry!) - I hope you have a peaceful evening - please take care and don't do too much! Very glad that DH is there and BiL is also helping out.

Pipbin · 15/02/2014 22:53

But many Landlords are absent. You can write, email and phone all you like but they won't talk to you.

Anyway this has all been dealt with through solicitors, the tenants have had plenty of warning and there is nothing more to be said by them.

QOD · 15/02/2014 22:54

Ooh wedge wedge into the thread

TwelveLeggedWalk · 15/02/2014 23:07

Silly, it's easy, you want this one NOT MY HOUSE I hasten to add

CouthyMow · 15/02/2014 23:24

Why is it the OP's problem that the LL has sold his tenants something that wasn't his to sell?!

Surely, as tenants (being one myself, albeit a HA tenant), if I have an issue with the LL, I take that up with my LL, rather than my neighbours?!

As these people seem intent on taking that out on the OP, I would hazard a guess that either the LL ignores them as well as the OP, or they are just cunts. Especially bin lady...

lurked rather than posted on previous threads...

TheDoctrineOfSnatch · 15/02/2014 23:25

Sleep well

IHaveSeenMyHat · 15/02/2014 23:30

Sorry it's got a bit nasty, but HOORAY for bollards!

FryOneFatManic · 15/02/2014 23:35

I don't see at all that it is in any way the OP's problem. The tenants have had enough warnings and decided to ignore them.

HugAndRoll · 15/02/2014 23:45

Shameless place marking.
