I've-always- wanted a large number of people to answer this question./weird. Just don't know what's 'normal'.

Trim for me, wax is just annoying, shaving is itchy and scratchy and natural is apparently not socially acceptable :-\

Trim normally.
I once shaved, never made that mistake again. Recently I waxed, the growing back is not uncomfortable but it looks a bloody mess. Little black dots all over with some hairs poking out. good job I'm single now and there's not one to see it other than me

HollaAtMeBaby · 04/04/2013 22:07

Ha!

Remember how "bush" used to be a rude word? It means NOTHING to the yoof of today because nobody they're likely to see naked (porn stars/each other) actually HAS a bush any more.

JollyGolightly · 04/04/2013 22:08

Trimmed though have experimented with shaving and waxing. I do like a bald undercarriage for the purposes of receiving head, but cant bear the regrowth and ingrown hairs so I only do it occasionally. Agree that bald all over is just weird.

TheSeventhHorcrux · 04/04/2013 22:08

smooth has its benefits...
I don't think there is anything "wrong" with any kind of...um... style

JollyGolightly · 04/04/2013 22:09

I think age is relevant. I'm 35.

Choccyjules · 04/04/2013 22:11

Trim 'middle' bit, wax strips to do inner thigh area. Shaving rubbish as get sore stubble which chafes on jeans.

thing1andthing2 · 04/04/2013 22:11

Trim (with hair clippers, usually grade 3 Grin ). Shave the bits at the sides/tops of my legs. Cut the stragglies with scissors.

5eggstremelychocaletymadeggs · 04/04/2013 22:11

Clipped/trimmed fairly short to keep it nest and tidy.

Would never shave!

Am 34.

Buddhagirl · 04/04/2013 22:12

I don't like any hair there longer than 1/2 a centimetre. I say me, I mean my husband and it must be the culture I live in because if it was longer I would feel like I would if I had hairy armpits

Natural, but I shave/trim what would stick out of a bikini.

Wolfiefan · 04/04/2013 22:16

I'm not trimming with scissors. Big tum and crap aim! Alternatives?

SilveryMoon · 04/04/2013 22:16

I like to be short, neat and tidy but can't be arsed most of the time! Dp would like it to be completely bare but I don't like that.

A few weeks ago some of my female co-workers were having his conversation in the pub after work and most of them said they were all bare and that they and their partners prefer it.
I think I was the only one saying "F*@k that sh*t" much to the disgrace of the males at the table.

Artichook · 04/04/2013 22:17

Immac/Veet all over. Easiest way to get all the crevices etc. No itchy regrowth. I am really surprised that this is not a more popular option on this thread.

Bunbaker · 04/04/2013 22:18

"And OH has a smooth preference"

Where do men get the idea from?

I am a lot older than most of you and when I was a teenager no-one shaved/waxed their nether regions. I think if anyone did it would have been considered pervy.

Buddhagirl · 04/04/2013 22:19

insteadofdiamonds.blogspot.co.uk/2012/03/something-to-tote-about.html

Apparently completely bare is the fashion

I have a fab Philips lady shave thingy which has a trimmer. I trim the "triangle" with the attachment on so it's a nice neat 1/2 cm or so, then without the attachment I tidy up the sides and undercarriage! Voila!

I had laser on the sides a couple if years ago so it's all pretty manageable these days...

TheSeventhHorcrux · 04/04/2013 22:24

Oh has a smooth preference for the reason that Jolly said but I'm too embarrassed to say Blush

WillSantaComeAgain · 04/04/2013 22:33

Sugared undercarriage (inc lips) for years and years now. From the days I wore a bikini to work and found out I could claim th costs of waxing back as a tax deductible expense, with case law from sex workers [this was in a country where prostitutuion was legal]. Now I'm so used to it I can't imagine leaving it au naturelle. and also I get less chafing when I cycle.

KobayashiMaru · 04/04/2013 22:34

I have a signpost for CHAT shaved into mine, with a map. Do you need me to flash you, OP?

Buddhagirl · 04/04/2013 22:40

I did apologise already Kobayashi! Get mnhq to move it if it stresses you out thatmuch

OP posts:
HoHoHoNoYouDont · 04/04/2013 22:45

Willsanta. You wore a bikini to work?

Maggie111 · 04/04/2013 22:47

I trim - electric bikini trimmer.

purplewithred · 04/04/2013 22:50

I'm an old fashioned gal, or maybe just old, so think bare is only for specialists and weirdos and looks ridiculous on me and gives me instant cystitis anyway.. But dh loves bare. Birthdays (his) and every other Christmas, veet as recommended on here is excellent.

Remotecontrolduck · 04/04/2013 22:54

Shaved sides, landing strip of hair. I like the feeling of it shaved partially, it feels more sensitive to touch.

I don't get the pressure around pubes though, I wasn't aware anyone other than yourself or partner saw or knew what your pubic area looked like. It's not like your face which is actually on show Confused

M0naLisa · 05/04/2013 00:00

Shave
