I only change mine once a week!

Everyday at least. Sometimes twice if I'm going out at night.

I don't wear pants. It's good to let the air circulate around your nether regions. If it was good enough for Elizabeth 1 then it's good enough for me.
Of course, sometimes the stress incontinence can cause a little distress, but I've found that pretending you have spilled a cup of tea usually gets you off the hook.

I change mostly twice a day. Fresh pair in the morning after shower, obviously, and a clean pair on to lounge about it bed after a shower. Take them off and stick in the basket before I go to sleep though, can't wear a stitch in bed!

Is anyone going to admit to anything less than daily? Really?

Every time I have a bath or shower. I shower every morning and sometimes bathe as well, especially if I'm going out.
