Have you always weighed that much OP? Or did you not recently lose quite a lot of weight?

RightsaidFreud · 10/02/2013 21:05

9000 calories in 2 days is shocking. In fact, its quite disgusting. And that was just on cream eggs. You said you ate normal meals too. So you ate over 9000 calories.

PickledInAPearTree · 10/02/2013 21:06

Here we go, the children have come out!

Xmasbaby11 · 10/02/2013 21:07

I do think that's a lot. Hopefully that's your whole year's supply and you won't fancy any more now!

HecateWhoopass · 10/02/2013 21:07

It's also once. A one off! It's really not that big a deal.

Casmama · 10/02/2013 21:07

Sorry Op I just don't believe you- can't imagine why you would lie about something like this but I just find it implausible.

PickledInAPearTree · 10/02/2013 21:08

You remind me of that diet lady off little britian. If you seriously think she has an eating disorder telling her she is disgusting and gross and a filthy little oinker wouldnt really help!

BrokenBritain · 10/02/2013 21:08

Op if it makes you feel any better, I once ate 28 milky ways in 12 hours, and it was a very happy day :)
Although to be fair, Cream eggs are horrible, galaxy eggs on the other other hand, I could put away a LOT of them!

KenLeeeeeee · 10/02/2013 21:09

Oh stop the hysteria, fgs!

WorraLiberty · 10/02/2013 21:09

worra I can't understand why people smoke, I think eating this amount of chocolate in one hit is not going to do me any harm, I'm not overweight/obese, I eat healthily normally, I like them, saw them on offer, bought them and bloody ate them, where is the crime?

There is no 'crime'.

But you've started the thread to kind of encourage people to laugh along with you and I just can't, that's all...I don't find greed amusing, especially to that extent.

benbobaggins · 10/02/2013 21:11

yes, I have lost 2 and half stone, so even before I wasn't obese, please stop harping on, on a night out if you add up alcohol, takeaway and whatever else adds up to considerable calories, or do you never eat anything bad yourself?

OP posts:
KnittedCharacter · 10/02/2013 21:11

Good for you!!!!!!! and i thought having a full lemon meringue pie all to myself in a weekend was hardcore!!!

cantheyseeme · 10/02/2013 21:12

I am a chocohoil but I can manage half if not less they're that sickly, 48... thats.... Impressive....!

kickassmomma · 10/02/2013 21:13

Wow that's like a record or something?? Bloody brave!! 2 of them and I feel sick! What's wrong with fasting by the way??? All those talking of eating disorders get a grip? I've fasted on and off for the past 10 years and I'm fine! Your no judge to comment on op's eating habits other than her super human power to eat the world out of Creme eggs!! Shock

benbobaggins · 10/02/2013 21:14

so what about the drunk thread every friday? I think that is celebrating drinking, something I don't do regularly, yes I've had a drunken evening recently but again it's a one off (as you've obviously searched me)

OP posts:
PickledInAPearTree · 10/02/2013 21:14

I think some of you are going to give her a bloody eating disorder if you keep on.

FFS.

squeakytoy · 10/02/2013 21:15

I dont see any food as "bad". I just dont eat it to the extent that it would cover the equivalent of almost a weeks calories in two days.

You posted that you had lost five stones actually. I would say well done, because that is a great acheivement, but would also say that binge eating to the extent you have done this weekend means that you are very likely to put that weight back on.

countrykitten · 10/02/2013 21:15

It'snot funny at all - just vaguely disgusting like when little boys ate worms in primary school. They were proud of themselves and everyone else was just repelled.

Fat or not OP, you have done your body no favours this weekend. But that's your concern so I am not sure why you are bragging about it online.

ithaka · 10/02/2013 21:15

You sound like a yo yo dieter. You recently lost a fair bit of weight and are now binging. That is why most diets fail, in the end.

juneybean · 10/02/2013 21:15

What's wrong with 2 bottles of wine? A day I'd be shocked but not a week...

Oh and I don't drink so I'm not referring to my own consumption.

RightsaidFreud · 10/02/2013 21:16

I certainly haven't said anything about eating disorders. But eating 9000+ calories in a weekend to me is excessive. But that's just my opinion. And it's not something i've ever done, or would do. And I wouldn't applaud someone who does. Even as a one off.

5madthings · 10/02/2013 21:16

Oh fgs if she was doing it regularly it would be crap but as a one off its not that big a deal.

LeaveTheBastid · 10/02/2013 21:16

It's disgusting. I'm impressed don't get me wrong, but how after the first binge of 6-8 did you not stop and think "okay, that's enough."? How did you get to 48? I love the caramel eggs, and im a greedy cow (but also a healthy weight) and I know for a fact I wouldn't be able to manage more than 4 in one sitting and then I wouldn't be able to eat for a good while afterwards nevermind 44 more by the next day plus normal meals in between.

Whether you eat healthily all week or not, are a healthy weight or not, bingeing isn't healthy and has no place in a normal relationship with food. Everything in moderation.

48...!

KnittedCharacter · 10/02/2013 21:17

I dont think she was bragging!! She was merely putting something light hearted on. I chuckled when i read it. Cannot understand why people are being nasty and rude about it!!! Lighten up....

WorraLiberty · 10/02/2013 21:18

Re the drunk thread.

If people were posting on there saying they'd drank a massive amount of alcohol...and posting on another to say they were trying to sort their health/bodies out...I wouldn't be laughing along with them and encouraging them either.

Over time on MN, I've started to notice the gluttony threads (that so many find funny) are about even in numbers to the desperate to lose weight threads (that obviously no-one finds funny).

So really, I don't know why anyone would have a problem with the OP being told she's BU...I mean that was the question she asked wasn't it?
