For me it would probably be:

Not reading the OP properly and going off on a tangent
Pulling a thread totally OT in order to have a two way jokey conversation with someone else that goes on for pages and pages
Looking up someone's posting history and saying 'well on 5th April 2006 you said this and now you're saying that.

OP posts:
HollaAtMeBaby · 24/01/2013 22:20

People who post dim questions that could be answered more quickly/reliably/accurate by other means, e.g.

"Could I be pregnant?"
"Is there traffic on the M4 at the moment?"
"How do I get from Euston to London Bridge?"

Fuckwits Angry

I puke about once a week. Puke with a headache, pg, birth, drunk, ill, shock, anesthetic, gross stuff like bogeys. How I laughed when they told me I needed chemo which "might make you a bit sick" oh the irony!

RandallPinkFloyd · 24/01/2013 22:26

It's a work out video tufty. It's by jillian michaels, I love her but its not reciprocated.

RandallPinkFloyd · 24/01/2013 22:27

That's shit about the puking ledkr.

StairsInTheNight · 24/01/2013 22:28

I do love Jillian

TuftyFinch · 24/01/2013 22:30

Work out? I don't need to work out. I need to do the opposite.
Wow Ledkr that's a lot if sick.

FunnysInLaJardin · 24/01/2013 22:35

I went to a posh Christmas do one year and as we were all chit chatting waiting for the taxis, one girl who hd been a minor local sleb puked very neatly into an ashtray mid convo and left the ashtray in the middle of the table So we all sat around chatting as if nowt had happened with a bowl of what looked like dog food between us. Now that was classy

FunnysInLaJardin · 24/01/2013 22:39

So I have been on this thread all day, no PA's no MNHQ to tell us off, no deletions just nice folk being nice. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? And folk on this thread are supposed to be the shit stirrers.

HoneyDragon · 24/01/2013 22:44

Or now they've got everyone together they are going to lock the thread with everyone in it

Sallystyle · 24/01/2013 22:46

So I can safely say that everything I post is probably going to piss someone off? Grin

I was going to remember some of these so I don't make the same mistakes. Now the list is too bloody long! lol

Salmotrutta · 24/01/2013 22:47

I haven't read all the Fred.

I get annoyed with a lorra stuff.

Because I'm old, tired and grumpy.

I have only ever been sick in the privacy of my own hallway bathroom.

The shame of being sick with wine in my hallway bathroom has been enough to ensure I only ever have ten two drinks.

HoneyDragon · 24/01/2013 22:49

The only way you can guarantee to not piss off a Mnetter is through the following steps

  1. Don't post on Mnet
  2. Never go anywhere you might be near a Mnetter in case you offend them
  3. Quietly cease existing

Then and only then you may get away with not offending someone on Mnet

IamtheZombie · 24/01/2013 22:50

"Or now they've got everyone together they are going to lock the thread with everyone in it"

< Zombie reconsiders her place in the corner and considers decamping to elsewhere. >

SPsFanjoIsAsComfyAsAOnesie · 24/01/2013 22:53

Question that google can not answer.

are Smile passive aggressive? I tend to avoid them just in case

HoneyDragon · 24/01/2013 22:53

Don't panic zombie, last time they exploded an entire topic into oblivion and we survived.

HoneyDragon · 24/01/2013 22:53

Depends who's using them Smile

PickledInAPearTree · 24/01/2013 22:54

IamtheZombie · 24/01/2013 22:56

That's true, HoneyDragon. Very true.

< Nestles into HoneyDragon's bosom, closes eyes, puts fingers in ears and sings LaLaLaLa... >

HoneyDragon · 24/01/2013 22:58
SPsFanjoIsAsComfyAsAOnesie · 24/01/2013 22:59

See I'm not sure now Grin They look quite creepy to be honest

HoneyDragon · 24/01/2013 23:01

I am a resolutely genuine Smile user. When I see it used in a PA way I have to tie my legs to a chair so I don't kick the offender in the flange.

PrincessFiorimonde · 24/01/2013 23:03

SP
I used to think that Smile was a nice, friendly thing to add to a post.

Then I learned that in fact it is a horrible passive aggressive emoticon.

Now I know that if I want to make it clear I'm having a joke, I can add Grin. But I hate that, as to me it looks like a grinning skull.

So I am just left Confused.

HoneyDragon · 24/01/2013 23:05

To many Smile in close proximity make me want to lick my screen

IamtheZombie · 24/01/2013 23:05

Why is everyone suddenly shouting? Wink
