I mean, you never know what's real and what isn't!

I'm starting to think only the most mundane subjects can be real.

I'm pondering whether to just make up my responses now.

What's the opposite of a trolling OP? It's still trolling to post something which has nothing to do with the topic, isn't it?

I was just mulling this over too (maybe we were reading the same thread Grin). I was thinking it would be polite for new posters to at least pop in and say hello, before launching into something controversial.

Half of the latest strange threads are just weird. I can't be bothered to post.

but does anyone remember the PollyChrome thread where the OP could only eat certain coloured foods on certain days and in certain combinations? That was FrannyandZooey and was the best troll thread EVER

It's not rubbish, actually. If it were, there would be no shocks in life about people lying or exaggerating, Anyway, your finely honed bullshit detection skills should mean you don't need mnhq's help OP!

It's be good though if we could all just chill out about what was a very funny joke. New posters are going to think the repeated 'requests' to mnhq to verify things are every bit as much of an in-joke as you have found some of the earlier threads, could be really off putting.
