Is this wierd? Opinions needed please. Just had hand delivered to our house a parcel addressed to Katy, then our address. Inside was a card which had a large red heart on it which said inside "To Katy, WOW!" then there was a parcel from Ann Summers inside was a gift wrapped large dildo in the shape of a large penis. Slightly wierded out by this as we have lived here for 9 years plus it was hand delivered but we didn't see who posted it.

My name is Kathryn, but no-one who knows me calls me Katy. Not sure what to think really but just feels a bit odd.

Is a dildo a vibrator? Just posted it on facebook as well to see if anyone has done it as a joke. It's a vibrator that has come. Feel a bit sick.

That would be nice - seems a lot of expense to go to for a joke, all my friends are skint.

Can you think of anyone who would play such a crappy 'joke' on you? Another woman perhaps? Not that they mean it sexually, but some people find it amusing to make others feel uncomfortable don't they?

This is exactly the kind of thing that one of my friends and I would do to each other. We have a very strange friendship!

I would be totally creeped out if I didn't know it was her though.

I would of thought with your name,it's someone who knows your name, but doesn't know you well enough to know, you don't shorten your name.

very odd, creepy.

ring 101 and ask for advice, we had a creepy chap near here a few years back who use to send women underwear, then start phoning them.

put all the packaging,box and dildo in a plastic bag, and put it away, if anything else happens you have some evidence.

It's in the bin, going to have to get ready to go out now, I have put on facebook if anyone did it as a joke please let me know! We have kept the card as it is handwritten. Just has made me feel odd, don't know anyone who would do such a thing.

Like Tidy says, it can't be anything else but creepy if you're not in on the joke.

You could only do this with someone who knows you'll know it's them.

Unless of course it is the wrong address, but with something like that you'd think they'd make sure it was going to the right place, if just for the cost alone.

You could sell it on ebay if you dare?

get it out of the bin, photograph it, and put it back in the bin
just incase you need it for future
