AIBU in thinking mn needs a computer game thread. I apprectiate I am possibly about to get slaughtered, it would however be nice to see one.

Ask on site stuff for a computer game section

Yanbu weirdly I was just thinking today that I wished there was a gaming thread on mumsnet. The only other places you can discuss games online tend to be dominated by teenage boys.

secretplace have you seen the new tomb raider game. It looks amazing. Cant wait but it is not out until next year.

My DS has been on Minecraft all bloody day with his best friend. I don't get it - is it just building things & knocking them down again?

New TombRaider looks great. Recently played Anniversary & Legend - couldn't get the hang of that blooming slow motion attack business, so kept dying .

I love the guitar hero games. we have loads of the martial art style ones too.

Meant to add we have about every console ever made. Just kept them from when were kids. Mostly play ps3.

Ps3 fangirl here and before that many years ago was a megadrive supporter. Used to love the sega magazines with drawings sent in by readers depicting sonic killing mario in various ways :)

I liked the show with patrick moore telling you how to do all the cheats. Gamesmaster I think. I quite the zombies game for mega drive. The actual title I do not remember but you ran around the house, garden, supermarket trying to save people from the zombies with water pistols.

OO I only play on the PC, but I like Left 4 Dead 2, The Sims 3, Terraria and The Ship and in a past life Babyz

I loved having brothers because it meant I had every console. Ps2 ps2 Xbox Xbox360, game cube, nintendos, wii's...
I love the playstation platform but have to play my boyfriends Xbox 369 at the moment boooo
