and dunk it in chocolate Philadelphia spread?
Today was the first day I've ever spotted RPBC in Sainsburys! Cause to celebrate, with double chocolate?

YABU because RPBCs are delicious but Chocolate Philadelphia is not.

PassTheBaileys · 11/05/2012 21:07

Have you tried kitkat peanut butter chunkys? 10 times better than rpbc ;)

lololizzy · 11/05/2012 21:12

ooh no I love it and can easily eat two tubs at once
Yes love the kitkat but nothing beats my PBCs!

I love RPBCs, but hardly anywhere sells them. Dunking it in chocolate Philadelphia would be gilding the lily, I fear.

PorkyandBess · 11/05/2012 21:18

I bought 8 packs of RPBCS for my colleagues after last US hols.

They hated them.

Ingrates.

it's RPBC central round here! All within ten mins walking distance of my home are - Londis, Waitrose - and now Sainsburys! (finds old elasticated leggings and puts away tight jeans-- Shock

Some people are so rude about RPBC. Confused

And yes, they are available in Saisnbos along with the bars.

No need to dunk in chocolate Philadelphia - eat them separately. It's not as if 2 wrongs make a right.

WellBlowMe · 11/05/2012 21:36

Mmmmmm - RPBCs.

lololizzy have you tried making them?

There's a Nigella recipe (chocolate-peanut-butter-cups) that I've made a few times...Gorgeous.
Sorry not linking cause it just never never works when I try to.

ObviouslyOblivious · 11/05/2012 21:40

Just imagine: RPBC on the side of Nutella hot chocolate. Maybe even dunked in it.....

tethersend · 11/05/2012 21:43

I like the white chocolate ones. Dipped in peppermint tea.

PercyIsGreen · 11/05/2012 21:44

Lolo we have all got fat arses because we discovered RPBCs 2 years ago - welcome to the fat arse club - if you haven't got one now, you will do

OliviaLMumsnet · 11/05/2012 21:45

Reese Pieces nicer

happybubblebrain · 11/05/2012 21:51

They are very very easy to make, and then you have lots of them not just two.

lololizzy · 11/05/2012 22:30

I've sort of made them, with stepson. We put nutella and peanut butter in cake cases, and placed a jelly baby on top of each . Put in fridge to harden. We called them Poo Babies. Quickly discovered that a whole cakecase full is v puke making. Lucikly we didn't encase them with cooking choc, then!

I had RPBC in Florida (eases that into the thread.I'm a globe trotter) and they were rank.

Are the ones in the UK made with proper chocolate?

ratspeaker · 11/05/2012 22:43

Does anyone know where to get the peanut butter kit kats?

But I love reeses to pieces
nomnomnom

ratspeaker · 11/05/2012 22:45

nomnomnomnom

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 11/05/2012 22:46

They had some limited edition KitKats in Feb. (Double chocolate/white chocolate/orange chocolate/Peanut Butter chocolate) but I could never find the PB ones.

When I had more time to faff about (pre DC days) I made PB and wafer sandwiches dipped in chocolate and cut into poncey little triangles. Lush!

PercyIsGreen · 11/05/2012 22:46

Peanut butter M&Ms once tried never forgotten

DrCoconut · 11/05/2012 22:50

RPNB are brilliant. I developed an addiction to them while on holiday in US.

BurningBridges · 11/05/2012 23:53

I had peanut butter ice-cream from Asda today. Hit the spot. (But I do have an ill advised purchase of choco philly in the fridge that no one wants to eat ...Confused}

McPhee · 11/05/2012 23:56

Eurgh, you're all disgusting.

GsyPotatoPieEyed · 12/05/2012 00:04

I hate peanut butter, but I do like RPBC Confused
