To think that fishfingers are...

...sneaky little feckers? Put them under grill, check after a few minutes still frozen, few minutes later the same, few more minutes starting to cook so turn over, few more minutes burnt! Everytime! I swear they have a cunning plan to not looked anywhere cooked until I have to do something else for 2 minutes then they spontaneously combust. Gaaaahhhhhh!!!!!

YANBU.

This is why I bake them in the oven rather than grill them.

But then they do that evil thing of going soggy and leaving half the coating behind on the tin...

I use the oven. Every time I try grilling them they fuck me over. I think it's a conspiracy so we have to buy more than we need

I've only ever oven cooked them, the tasty sneaky bastards. I'm glad now as I would have been vair Angry to have burned them!

Mmm, my mum fries them, lovely that way! I put foil on a baking tray, spray foil with frylite to stop sticking and oven bake. :)

I seem to have gone all retro 70's for the DC's tea. Fishfingers followed by arctic roll Grin either that or I'm channelling my mum Hmm

I always use a frying pan with no oil, and I can turn them every few mins, and go away and leave them in between turns. Never burned them once.
Must be the grill as I remember my mum setting fire to them a few times when I was younger. Actual flames.

Anyway, slightly charred ff are better than soggy ff with no coating so it's the grill all the way for me

My DD likes them swallows unintentional mouth vomit microwaved. They aren't recommended to be microwaved but it's how H's family have them. Slime fingers.....

I can't grill fishfingers either, Fuzzy. And I am a FABULOUS cook. So I kill them in the oven instead on a lovely new oven tray from Sainsbury's. ( I may be just a little in love with my new oven tray. It's proper heavy and serious feeling).

I also can't fry sausages. I don't know why.
