a rogue piece of salami I found lurking in the dark corners of our fridge? I am even contemplating a dollop of Hellman's on top.

Am in monstrously piggy mood - actually can anyone think of a piggier, more lard-laden breakfast because if you can I will eat it and that's a promise.

YABU not to have fried the ensemble.

PS Envy

MrsMoosickle · 24/09/2011 08:00

Yum......minus the salami.
I had chocolate brioche with chocolate spread yesterday, and may again this morning!

Proudnscary · 24/09/2011 08:00

Great idea Arm - might drop the cheese encrusted crumpet in the deep fat fryer...doh I haven't got one

Bleurgh Envy. Now I have left over lemon cheesecake (with ginger biscuit base) in my fridge. Now that's a good breakfast Grin

Proudnscary · 24/09/2011 08:09

I love leftovers for breakfast - but nothing beats cold pizza.

I would also like to point out that I served my dc's crumpets on some Christmas paper plates because I forgot to put the dishwasher on last night (Wine). That's the kind of mood I'm in.

I've had the remnants of last nights kebab and pizza feast and a bowl of honeyroasted nuts. I am on holiday though so it's allowed.

Proudnscary · 24/09/2011 08:12

Stella - I bow to your superior piggery

Ifancyashandy · 24/09/2011 08:17

I however am off to the gym so have had porridge with a banana

Gym?? On a Saturday???

Surely the only exercise worth doing of a Saturday morning is sex? followed by a double sausage and egg mcmuffin

Proudnscary · 24/09/2011 08:24

I am already planning my lunch.

hairylights · 24/09/2011 08:26

I was thinking about having sticky toffee pudding with custard for brekkie ....

Blatherskite · 24/09/2011 08:31

And there was me thinking my toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel with butter was gluttonous! Shock

Will have to up my game for lunch. Taking DS to a birthday party at the bowling alley so may have to swing past Subway...and KFC Grin

Ifancyashandy · 24/09/2011 08:33

Sex?! What is that? (am single. And have been for a looooooong time).

I love the gym . tis a yoga class I'm off to. I shall make up for the lentil weaving with a Fat Fecker Face Full tomorrow.

Suggestions please! (Crumpets and cheese - with marmite - currently in lead)

whatsallthehullaballoo · 24/09/2011 08:45

Make a full english with an extra cheeky sausage Smile

Proudnscary · 24/09/2011 08:45

Sex?! What's that? I've been married for 16 years.

I am wracking my brains to remember what that posh breakfast is with poached egg, English muffin and that delicous sauce stuff???? Whatever it is, have that Ifancy.

OP posts:
Ifancyashandy · 24/09/2011 08:52

Very good Whatsallthe!

And the sauce (ooh er Mrs!) you refer to is that hollandaise malarky. Quite complicated I believe. Another downside to single life - having to make your own breakfast in bed. Worth putting up with a relationship just for someone to do that for me!

IvyAndGold · 24/09/2011 08:59

Proudnscary Cold pizza breakfast! YES! Grin

I also always order way more Indian take away than I could possibly eat, so that there's a pile of rice and sauce left, and nuke it the next day for breakfast, yum! Grin

Blatherskite · 24/09/2011 09:01

Eggs Benedict proud?

Proudnscary · 24/09/2011 09:17

Oh yes that's it blather!! I love that shit

OP posts:
Blatherskite · 24/09/2011 09:24

Found a recipe on Good Food for a Gordon Ramsay version of Eggs Benedict - they reckon it's 705 calories per serving!!

I think you may have found the Daddy of gluttonous breakfasts there!!

nomoreheels · 24/09/2011 09:28

God, not had a crumpet with cheese in ages... (is it trashy Kraft cheese? Because that's what I'd do. Even though I only eat decent cheese normally.)

happygilmore · 24/09/2011 09:32

Crumpets with cheese and pickle is gorgeous, sounds wrong but is so nice.

Proudnscary · 24/09/2011 09:52

No nomoreheels it was pre-sliced gouda. Kraft or Dairy Lea would have been preferable I agree or that chemical stuff you squeeze out of a tube.

Happy - you have made me happy by throwing your preposterous recipe into the mix.
