Why should *I* do everything?

DP has an inflamed knee.

The hospital gave him crutches this morning.

Now while i accept that this probably smarts a little why can't he get his own fucking beer from the fridge especially when i cooked the dinner.

He has got CRUTCHES ffs.

YABU crutches take a bit of getting used to and his leg is probably painful.

Give him a few days grace .... Then move the beers to the bottom of the garden Grin

And RockStock - I had all my DCs trained in how to make a gin and tonic by 2. At 3 they could open a bottle of cava. You're slacking here, tbh.

And, DD3 'helped' make my supper. It was her very interesting take on fajitas. I think in chef circles they call it 'deconstructed'. Heston eat your heart out mate. Also, the bloody child crashed at 7, which puts paid to waitress service.

i've got a drinks fridge too - it's nearer the door than the fod fridge but i still would make DP get his own beer
