I wanted to call this DC Alexander if we were having a boy until step-FIL realised that stupid fecking meerkat was called that. He kept asking if that would mean my baby would be "simples" and would his lullaby be "compaaaaare the meerkat dot com". I was tempted to insert knitting needles into him whilst smiling and chanting "simples? Simples!?". Probably good that we're having a girl but he's still ruined the name for me for any future boys.
