YANBU X A GAZILLION.

End of. Now I'm BU.

IgnoringTheChildren · 21/06/2011 12:46

YANBU! I would go with CBear6's suggestion followed by banishment into space, however neither punishment is enough for the advertising arseholes who came up with the campaign in the first place. Angry

Awomancalledhorse · 21/06/2011 12:48

And I really, literally was like......normally followed by something you can't 'literally' do; literally throwing my guts up, literally scared to death, literally an arsebag who doesn't speak properly. Oh wait.

poppyknot · 21/06/2011 12:50

It appears a lot in comments sections in newspapers. Not good.

controlpantsandgladrags · 21/06/2011 12:52

Yanbu. Fucking twunts.

CBear6 · 21/06/2011 12:55

Know what I would actually pay to see?

A no-holds-barred fight to the death between the meerkat and Mr Go-Compare.

NetworkGuy · 21/06/2011 12:58

on the meerkat front I see there are now solar powered lights in the form of meerkats !

love the thread, should be moved to Pedants Corner :)

vmcd28 · 21/06/2011 13:05

Twunts - thats a word I cant bear. SO smug sounding.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 21/06/2011 13:06

I quite like twunts.

It fills a void.

but twat and cunt mean exactly the same thing - where's the void? :)

mummyofonegirl · 21/06/2011 13:14

"like...."

them too

NetworkGuy · 21/06/2011 18:29

"twat and cunt mean exactly the same thing" in some circles...

in others, twat is closer to twit, a rather mild insult (and the meaning assumed when DC said it on radio sometime last year).

Jonnyfan · 21/06/2011 18:33

So I'm like...
And he turns round and he's like..
So I'm like....

AAAARRRRGGGHHHH I hate it! And they sound sooooo stupid; lowers their IQ 20 points.

MumblingRagDoll · 21/06/2011 18:38

They should be fired to the bottom of the sea along with people who say "Nom Nom" Angry

ESPECIALLY if they post a picture of their DINNER on FB and write effing NOM NOM beside it! Angry Angry Angry

pointydog · 21/06/2011 18:42

Where are all these people who say simples? I never hear them.

Jonnyfan · 21/06/2011 19:28

Ackshuly... I said it today Blush..having just explained some confusing ideas about functions to my A level maths class. Usually raises a smile or groan of protest, but they were all rather tired and concentrating too hard...

pigletmania · 21/06/2011 19:33

I know it gets on my teeth and the FB speak as well e.g nothin, wot, playin,

joric · 21/06/2011 20:03

'Laters'
As in - see you later. :(:(

Pumpernickel10 · 21/06/2011 20:05

I admit I use it but only to explain something to the simple ones

ThisIsJustASagaNow · 21/06/2011 20:10

'ESPECIALLY if they post a picture of their DINNER on FB and write effing NOM NOM beside it!'

Good god people actually do that??Shock All that techonolgy invented to communicate and someone uses it by posting a picture of their teaHmm

Once again I am so happy never to have anything whatsoever to do with Twitter/FaceBook.

IgnoringTheChildren · 21/06/2011 22:27

I also hate Nom Nom! One of my friends writes (and says) it loads and I really need to let her know it makes her sound like a silly twunt (which on a scale of swear word shock value nicely fits between cunt and twat!) Grin

MixedClassBaby · 21/06/2011 22:38

Also hate twunt. As well as blardy, un-MNetty hugs, dons hard hat, gets popcorn, and gavel.
