Whos watched it then? if not yet, will you watch?

I dont know if i will, its still a life lost.

i would have preffered he wasnt killed but taken to trial. im sure he would have been killed at some point anyway, tortured to death in the most painful manor. or he might have committed suicide or died in suspisious circumstances while in prison. maybe spies would have got him eventually.

I think we let him off killing him straight off. But part of me does feel like killing him could have prevented all these needless deaths had we had intelligence.

I dont know, your thoughts?

no, he's dead, thats enough for me

good riddance

bigbuttons · 05/05/2011 15:31

I think it's shocking that the Americans are celebrating his murder. They are hypocrites. he is a human being, however, vile, that they have murdered and murder is wrong, full stop.
I no longer have any respect whatsoever for Obama, he's a grade A prick.

bittersweetvictory · 05/05/2011 15:32

i didnt know it was public, where is it, i want to watch it because of all the different stories coming out, i want to know if he was given a proper chance to surrender, having said that im still glad hes dead.

WalterFlipschicks · 05/05/2011 15:32

They aren't releasing it, there is a hoax flying about which contains a virus...?

ginhag · 05/05/2011 15:33

"it's still a life lost" but you would have been happiest if he had been tortured to death in the most painful manner...

That's a slightly mixed message you're giving out there Confused

The White House said they weren't releasing anything didn't they?

And in answer to your question - no I wouldn't.

headfairy · 05/05/2011 15:35

white house say they're not releasing the photos that exist. I've seen the photos of the other people killed in the house and it's not pretty. Not sure what seeing the picture of Bin Laden will achieve.

TechLovingDad · 05/05/2011 15:35

Obama is a prick for ordering the operation to get the man who's ideals and preaching inspired the deaths of 3000 innocents in New York?

It's called just desserts, bin Laden got what he deserved. No chance to be a martyr at a show "trial", no last message to his followers, no big fanfare. Just an undignified shooting in a grubby hideout.

knittedbreast · 05/05/2011 15:35

i wouldnt be sharing links to that on here, im sure if you look online you will find it easy enough.

i was watching that bloke that looks like jeremy kyle but isnt today and they were talking about state legalised killings and some one said if that were true we should have got rid of bush....im inclined to agree. there isnt a way of saying well we can kill you you but you cant kill our leader.

its all just so wrong.

i like to think that had britain gone in for him, hed stil be alive right now. dont know if i belive that though

cantspel · 05/05/2011 15:36

The video will never be released so it is not a decision i am going to have to make.

i feel unable to do the pc liberal crap about a life lost ect. I am glad he is dead and only wish he had suffered more before he drew his last breath. i hope someone had the foresight to shove a pork sausage up his arse before they dumped him over board.

Stands back with a flame proof suit on.

knittedbreast · 05/05/2011 15:38

sorry thats not what i meant. i wouldnt be happy had he been tortured. what i meant was he was never going to live a life after he was caught, someone would have gotten to him anyway at some point so why not keep him alive and send him to trial.

OP posts:
TechLovingDad · 05/05/2011 15:39

Even if the troops did try to arrest him, it's not exactly easy when his protectors start shooting. As often happens in these kinds of raids, all the enemy end up dead. I won't be surprised if it turned out they actually had instructions to kill instead of arrest.

My usual liberal all life is equal and we should be better than that mindset just can't engage on this one.

His death won't solve anything nor stop any further attacks, but it's no more than he deserves.

bittersweetvictory · 05/05/2011 15:40

lol antspel my feeling exactly, make that 2 flameproof suits, i cant understand all these people who are going on about how killing him was wrong when he himself has killed thousands, and as for America celebrating, good on them, the world is a better place.

bigbuttons · 05/05/2011 15:40

Obama is a prick for rejoicing in murder. Anyone who rejoices in murder is a prick . Murder is murder.

knittedbreast · 05/05/2011 15:40

cantspel, he killed alot of people. but so has bush and so has blair etc...do they deserve the same?

this is why i strongly believe that if two leaders have issue with each other give them both a machine gun each and lock them in a room and let them sort it out. keep everyone else well out of it.

OP posts:
gawdblimey · 05/05/2011 15:41

maybe they should have stuck him in an orange jumpsuit and cut his head off with a sword and put that on youtube

or put him 150 storeys up, set alight to the building and said burn or jump - you decide

but no, they gave him an easy exit

DameShirleyKnot · 05/05/2011 15:41

Me either TLD. I am glad he is dead. I hope it fucking hurt.

DameShirleyKnot · 05/05/2011 15:41

oh but I don't want to see video or photo's.

bittersweetvictory · 05/05/2011 15:41

That should have been cantspel not antspel but i cant spel either.

bigbuttons · 05/05/2011 15:42

and I'm not PC in any shape or form believe me

gawdblimey · 05/05/2011 15:42

Murder is murder.

some people are too evil to live - I would gladly dispatch some of the scumbags we hear about

VinegarTits · 05/05/2011 15:43

what TLD said

bigbuttons · 05/05/2011 15:43

they might well be too evil to live but killing them is still murder, you can't get away from that. You can't say it's ok to murder him but it's not ok for him to murder someone.

cantspel · 05/05/2011 15:44

knittedbreast i wouldn't lose any sleep over someone putting a bullet in bush or blair either.

if they had taken him alive you would have his fellow nutters kidnapping and holding to ransom for his release just about any one they could lay their hands on.

The threat from these nutters hasn't gone but it is one less wasting good air.

knittedbreast · 05/05/2011 15:46

can anyone answer my questions about other western leaders who have also killed many? do they deserve the same treatment?
