I've been busy...

I've put the washing away, I've changed the towels, I've washed the nappies (and hung them out), DS2 and I have made gingerbread children, sheep and rockets.

Am now sitting with a cup of coffee and a gingerbread biccie. Then I've got to hang out the towels, wash up the carnage created by making said gingerbread and make lunch!

Definitely not on schedule, but I don't care - we've got delicious biccies to last us for the rest of the week!

I'm busy! I have managed to watch 2 episodes of Most Haunted. Nosied on facebook for half an hour and the major achievement of the day I'm dressed. I'm wearing a bra and everything. It's crazy amazing.
Iplan on being super duper organised and busy by putting some socks on in the next 5 minutes.

I am supposed to be quilting a bag. Instead I am arsing about on that black hole of time we call Mumsnet.

I've done my order of seeds for the allotment and am about to make a start rearranging front room when DD wakes up.

In the meantime, I get to enjoy the bread I made yesterday with butter and jam.

I've done fuck all, I'm not dressed and I'm on MN. I've got loads to do though but it's the last sunny day so I won't.
I may hang my washing out (last sunny day ^see above) and I'll have to walk the dog.
I will also have to go to the shop as I need tobacco stuff, then I shall sit in the garden in my shorts and try and get my legs brown.
It's a hard life.

No not on schedule, half packed John Lewis returns, have just upgraded to an iPhone 4 (eeeeekk, v excited), still haven't found chequebook for school clubs or organised bike rack for impending holiday.

but i have crippling period pain and can't move - hence me being here.

on the plus side i am on my 5th episode of the 400 recorded ERs i have.

I am enjoying myself, first day in nearly a month I've had to myself, DH away until tomorrow so if I don't hoover no one will care. The children are fed and watered and in school full time (first day I can say that in 11 years, whoop) the birds are all fed and watered and I'm sitting on my arse on MN. (and doing the laundry, and meal planning, and cleaning the kitchen and watering the garden, when we women say we are doing nothing it's a whole different type of nothing isn't it)

Now I really am going.

I am currently trying to organise a house renovation in the UK while I am in Hungary, fill in paperwork for DS's new school, clear this house, sort stuff for DS for a school trip he goes on tomorrow, do a poster to put up at school to help landlord rent this house, book flights and tickets for various things, book a hire car, book a hotel, declutter, declutter and declutter again! Oh and organised to have dog spayed. And organise food for our leaving party.

This morning I have done a load of washing - still to be hung out,
Realised I didn't put dishwasher on last night so shoved a few more things in and put on,
washed a few pots and things,
walked dogs,
brushed dogs,
Went upstairs to put washing away and the rest of the unpacking from our UK trip last week and ended up having a nap - in defence dog woke me at 1.30 and again at 5.

And here I am on here and eating lunch. (We are an hour ahead).

I've done very little. I feel really ill, achy and sinusy. So far, I managed to get up make DHs breakfast, wake DD and get her dressed. Make two lots of packed lunches, drink 7 cups of coffee and have about 6 cigs.
I did acheive a shower and wash hair, I am dressed in a long sleeved vest, an orange t.shirt, a grotty cardigan and horrid tracksuit bottoms.
Granny grunt has nothing on me as I sit on the settee with a blanket over me.
