Letting interfeerring people try to give me parenting advice when they see my ds howling ('invisable disability') because I look young and smiling and telling them he isn't being naughty it's just because 'x' and that I have a degree in early years and teach 45 4 year olds in my class. And watch them mumble something about ds being cute and shuffle off...

I probably am.... But I hate starers... Anyone else got any funny starer stories?

Why would you say that? What a horrible thing to
say! I might add that I teach 4 year olds who need the space to learn through play.

Wow just got what you meant! Not like it's 1 am or anything! Because teachers aren't allowed to make typos or shorten words on a forum? Really?

Lol well beertrix made some good typos too... But I'm not petty enough to copy and paste them for her :) it's not like I make typos in my planning or in class.

But i am sorry if a typo offended you.
I just wasn't busy proof reading. I also sent texts
with u instead of you. How dare I?

Actually shine I'll give you the secretly one. I always add an extra e for some reason. Again though NOT in class ever.

Adding a comma to places where there shouldn't be one. But petty is petty. And I agree if I spelt something wrong IN CLASS you would be within your rights to flame me. But i don't check things at 1am on a forum. I'm glad you find all aspects of writing easy and I'm sure you are very lucky :) nothing makes me more cross than children being taught the wrong spelling/ words hence an argument I had over the 'shapes' on cbeebies having 2D names when they are 3D shapes.

But I think it is a bit petty to flag someones spelling on a forum. Especially when you don't know them.

Serenity - did you briefly namechange mid-thread to Hanaka88 or am I going a bit mad?
